Vibrolux Reverb Amp

I've wanted a Vibrolux Reverb for some time, but only recently learned of the availability of chassis and faceplates. I built this to blackface specs, using the AA964 circuit. The only variations are the routing of the filament circuit and the use of a modified star-ground scheme. A silverface Fender would have been cheaper, but this amp is better built and has decades of life ahead of it.

I pondered and fussed over speakers for a while. But I'm really pleased with what I get by mixing one Eminence Legend and one Jensen C10Q: qintessential blackface tones, clean and dirty.
